I am not even sure where to begin. From leaving trash in our yard multiple times, failing to communicate when a crew was coming out, ghosting us for weeks at a time then trying to charge us for overgrowth when they did finally show up. They also do really patchy work in the summer. All this leading up to an incident causing the loss of one of our dogs. About 2 weeks ago they left our gate completely detached and propped against the neighbors fence without telling us. Our 4 mini dachshunds got out and our youngest was hit and killed by a passing car before we even realized they were out (approx. 5 Min). Our pup passed away due to the negligence of this crew. Our family is heartbroken over the loss of our 8 month old puppy who was an intricate part of our family and also cost us over $2000 (not including the enormous vet bills we are now responsible for). They failed to take accountability for the irresponsible behavior of their crew for the entirety of us using their services. DONNOT use them if you have pets.

These guys showed up when they said they would, and did a meticulous job. They completed the job withing the prescribed time frame, and left a beautiful job site.
