It went well. Repair was completed while I waited - quickly and efficiently.

The work went very well. Unlike many auto glass shops in the area, Henderson will work on classic cars. I stopped by their shop earlier in the week to set an appointment, and their store manager Seth arranged one several days later, when their technician familiar with classic cars would be working. This particular windshield was difficult to locate, and so I ordered one and delivered it to their shop for installation. The work itself took less than 3 hours, and the windshield was very nicely installed. I highly recommend them for classic car windshield work. I suggest potential customers to check the Henderson Glass website for coupons, as they are not duplicated here.

The inside rear-view mirror of my 1990 Chrysler LeBaron convertible fell off and was dangling by the electrical wires. My and quot;go-toand quot; auto repair guy suggested that I take it to an Auto Glass place and henderrson, who's been in business as long as I remember, came immediately to mind. I went in and asked if they could perform the repair, expecting to make an appointment. They said and quot;sureand quot; and asked for my keys. They were able to do it right then. (Of course, I know it's not rocket science to glue something to the windshield, but I was happily surprised they'd do it immediately.) About twenty minutes later, they came back and told me it was done. Reaching for my wallet I asked and quot;how much?and quot; and quot;No charge,and quot; they said. and quot;Really?and quot; and quot;Sure. Just remember us when you need auto glass services.and quot; Well, I promised I would and I'll be taking my LeBaron in for the right rear window motor and regulator replacement in the next few days. It's rare that I feel as comfortable getting such services for my 24-year-old pervertible. I'll be reporting the results.

We contacted Henderson to get an estimate for cost and timing of a windshield replacement. The customer service was very friendly and helpful, and they gave us the information right over the phone. They helped us schedule an appointment and accommodated our schedule. On the day we took the vehicle in, they were ready and it took only about 1.5 hours to do the repair and get us on our way. Everything went smoothly, the repair quality was excellent, and there were no issues that caused us to return. Overall a very positive experience!

reasonably well - I needed to take in the window unit for them to measure, and then reinstall the old one while waiting for the new sealed unit to arrive. The screens were ready when the window was completed (about two weeks total).

They had some good products and they knew their products. The installation was slick.

They were great, very good and prompt. We got the last repair within a couple of weeks. They were responsive. They sent someone out right away. They gave us an estimate and explained that it would take about ten days to order the custom made glass piece which is an LED window and energy efficient window. It really insulates well. It was a great service and we appreciated them coming out. The price was lower than I expected.

Ordering was simple, I just went to their location on Woodward to do it. I ordered a less common color of storm door, so I had to wait two weeks for it to arrive, but I expected that. Once it arrived we scheduled the installation right away. The installers were courteous, and finished the job quickly. It's been about a year and a half and the door still looks just as good as when it was installed.

We had a very bad recent experience with the Henderson Glass on Carpenter Road in Ann Arbor (installation of glass shower doors that have never worked right and they would never fix), so I would not be willing to use this company again. I do not have recent experience with the Berkley location.

This is the second half round window they replaced. They did a great job both times. They were quick and efficient. They were professional and did great work. we would hire them again.

The service worked was great. very professional. I called the location in Southfield. It was near my home.

I thought the price was great and had no problem making the order. However, I think they may have forgotten about my order. When I first went in to make the order, I was told that it would be 2-3 days until pickup. I did make the order the day before Memorial Day weekend, so I figured it might take a little longer. However, a week and a half later I still hadn't heard anything. I called after about 2 weeks, and they hadn't made the shelves yet. They were very nice and got the order done by the next day, but I am glad I wasn't in a hurry! I would go back, because I think this was probably a fluke. I've worked with Henderson before and haven't had any problems.

They were a local company and they were incredible. I was able to remove the window and switch it for the bottom portion of my window from my upstairs, so I was fully secure again. I took the broken one over to them, they measured, I brought it back home, put it back in the upstairs. I took it out to them, they had repair keys, they put it in place, and I was back home, for a little over $100. It was very fast. They were extremely polite and extremely professional. I would work with them again, any time I have issues.

Henderson sent a technician out for free to give me an estimate, which turned out to be less than I expected. I set up an appointment for them to do the work. Their guy was prompt, friendly and seemed very experienced. He took care of both of the windows quickly, cleaned up very thoroughly after himself, caulking around the new glass expertly. The cost was exactly what they'd estimated. I wouldn't even think about using any other place to do this kind of repair. Just call Henderson.

Was a positive experience from the first contact. Work was excellent.

Because these windows feature prominently as picture windows in our living room and office space, and because they are fixed and don't need to open we didn’t really want a frame around them. After interviewing five window replacement companies who all claimed they couldn't’t install the windows without a frame, we contacted Henderson. They said they could install the glass for the windows without a problem – no frame. The regular window replacement company estimates had been as high as $7,000. Henderson’s estimate was less than half. I would have been suspicious except I have known of the company for at least 30 years. The crew showed up on time, replaced all the windows in one day and came back the second day to finish up the trim. They came back another time to completely caulk all the windows also. We are so delighted with the finished work that we show it to everyone who comes over. I would never use anyone else for windows again.

We looked for other companies, but none of them seemed to be on top of things like the people at Henderson Glass Inc. were. They only do auto glass in a lot of the areas. They had to custom order the glass because ours was a bit bigger than the average glass. They did an excellent job. They have also talked to us about replacing a couple of other windows.

I called to have the glass replaced in my front door.The glass was not energy efficient. I was told it would be a week before an estimator come come to give me a quote. I was told they only do Quotes from 8 am-12 pm or 1 pm-4 pm Monday through Firday. This would necessitate me taking time off work. Finally on 10/21/10 Henderson Glass sent 2 installer technicians to my residence. I was not impressed with the attitude of one of the technicans.He seem rude and argumentative. I was told that my window was not a modern standard pre cut size (19 3/8 by 31 3/8 ). They wanted to cut part of the door out to make the window larger!!.I live in a condo .I know the Board would not allow this type of modification!!!!.(I believe they were trying to pad the bill since this was a small job for them). I was given a quote of $150 and was told someone would call me back within a week. No one called me back.I called and spoke with the Manager approximately 2 weeks later .I was not happy with this company at this point. I would never recommend them for any glass installation. I question why they advertise they have 24 hour service and a full line of replacement windows.

They were fabulous. They called me when it was done and they made some very, very good suggestions. I liked them a lot and I would go back again.

Great! Quality was wonderful and workmanship was heaven!

I called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and look at my window and they were able to come out within two days. The guy was very knowledgeable about glass and very professional (he later told me he has been in the glass business over 15 years). He took the measurements and later that same day, someone from the office called me to give me the cost. It took about two weeks before the glass was in. They called to set up a time to install and the same guy came out to install the glass. He was very careful of my things and didn't make a mess at all. My old glass was removed (and taken away) and the new glass installed in about an hour. They did an excellent job.

All interactions with the representatives were pleasant and understandable. As this was the first time I had a pane of glass replaced they were very helpful in explaining how to remove the window so that money could be saved compared to an on-site repair. I appreciated this candor and advice. It would have been nice if they could have turned around the repair in less than a week.

THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE JOB SITE WAS CLEANED UP LIKE THEY WERE NEVER THERE.
