My name is Ed Hauser and I am the owner and Director of Hauser Heating & Cooling, Inc. I specialize in quality thorough diagnostics and repairs of all residential and commercial heating and cooling brands and equipment. I am licensed in the state of Michigan, insured, and EPA certified. I am a small company and generally work alone providing my customers with loyal, honest and dependable service and installations. All work done by Hauser Heating & Cooling carries a labor and parts warrantee as well as manufacturer warrantees. Excellent! Came on very short notice and was friendly and didn't try an up-sell or any of that nonsense.
Description of Work: Had no heat on a Saturday morning. Wife and young kids at home and I was leaving for the weekend.... not a good situation. Called him and he showed up VERY quickly and had us back up and running shortly. Ended up needing an ignitor.

It went very well. He is very friendly. He is always punctual and professional. I will definitely hire him again given the need and I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: He replaced a solenoid on my humidifier. He has also done other work for me in the past.
