We Small Family Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Business, we have always provided an exceptional carpet and Upholstery cleaning services, and we always use Green carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Detergents. When you call us you get honest quote for the cleaning of your furniture /Carpets/Tile & Grout. We do not advertise a ridiculous price for etc. 3 Room carpet Cleaning special, like the competition does. For example you call and we quote you $95 for cleaning of 3 rooms, the competition offers $78 for 3 rooms, you being a smart shopper decide to hire the competition, you here and see their fancy commercials etc. "we are the best" We listen to your description of the rooms or furnishings you need clean and give you an honest quote. Competition on the other hand quotes you a low price to seal the appointment. The competition arrives; you went to the trouble of moving most of small furniture. The two strangers in your home inform you that the special did not apply to over soiled (dirty Carpet), that there would be an extra charge to apply a special detergent, the pet stains are extra, deodorizing is extra, cleaning wool carpet is extra, on and on. Now the 3 rooms for $78, changes to $175. We on the other hand quoted $95 for same 3 rooms, but our cleaning service does not have any extra charges, you pay $95 as long as your description and size of the rooms was accurate. You the customer looking for value decided to choose the competitions lower price. Don't be fooled by fancy Lingo and songs on Radio or TV. To send 2 employees to your home in a company van, pay for their wages, gas, supplies uses, insurance, secretary and staff back at the office, the cost of doing business, multimillion dollar TV and radio commercials. $78 dollars would cover fraction of the cost, those two employees have to complete the work as fast as possible and get to the next 10-15 homes. Our company is owned and serviced by the owner, I would show up at your home, with 19 years cleaning experience.

We have been using Elite Carpet Cleaning Services for over 15 years, It all began in one large home and following that two different Condos, that we have owned They are unequaled in the services they offer and perform. Their Customer Service, quality of products and dedication to excellence is the finest I have ever experienced, bar none. Shane, the owner, is a delightful individual and a person that cares for your home as much as you do! I am a retired Corporate Executive, so I don’t casually refer or recommend anyone unless I am completely convinced and satisfied that the company is genuine...however in this case it is easy... they are simply the best!

Shane, the Owner, came to my home and cleaned my carpets and rugs. They look brand new!! I have pets, and they have accidents, and he took care of everything. Highly recommend Shane and Elite Carpet Cleaning Service Inc. Also gave me great suggestions for future stains and how I should treat them and even gave me a bottle of treatment too. Shane was very professional. He got me in the schedule quickly, showed up on time, and did a great job. He even got gum out of the carpet on my staircase and gave me a free bottle of the solution he uses to clean for me to do touch ups as needed (I have a dog, 2 cats, and 4 kids). He was great!

I have used a few carpet cleaning companies and it seems they rush through just to get the job done. This experience was the polar opposite maybe because the owner works his own jobs and cares a bout his reputation. He was prompt almost t the minute he surveyed the job and pre-spotted the carpet and got right to work. The carpet turned out perfect. Actually, I was very very satisfied with how great the carpet looks. Thanks for a great job!!!
