Description of Work: They serviced my garage door. I needed a new door seal at the bottom. They serviced the door and greased it up and made sure everything was working properly before the winter.

+ 0 moreService man showed up on time. Removed old door and track and installed the new door and opener. I was surprised that only one man showed up but he didn't need any help and he cleaned up all debris from the job. The new door fits very well and it is very quiet

+ -1 moreIt went just like they said it would, even though it was a very cold day. The door works as expected and every aspect of the installation looks perfect - so it appears to be a high quality job. The only glitch was that we were billed for an amount that did not include a discount that we had agreed to. When I saw the bill I called and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and said a check would be in that day's mail. It must have been because we got the check two days later.
Description of Work: Our very-old wooden garage door had broken and we needed to replace it. We picked Guse-Hahn over a couple of other local companies based on a neighbor referral and following up with a showroom visit (showroom is by the Orchards mall in Benton Harbor). The replacement door had to be ordered, so the work was planned for the next day. The door came in as expected and the crew of 2 was at our house about 9am. The took out the old door and hardware and opener and replaced all by about noon. About two months later we still think it was a quality job.
