I called to see if I could get an estimate for a job, twice by voice mail with no call back. on my third attempt I finally talked to a person and set up an appointment for Thursday, the 23rd at 10am with a no show, no call to reschedule. So I called the second time later that Thursday and that same person tells me that her phone has been deleting appointments. So we schedule another appointment for Friday, the 24th at 12pm, again a no show or call. My work schedule had me working mid nights this week and I stayed up waiting for nobody to show. Most businesses I've dealt with had a calendar for appointments either hand written or on a computer print out. Not a happy customer, how can anyone recommend this company with poor customer service?

Overall, the driveway itself is fine. However, within 4 months the driveway was chipping at the top by the asphalt street to the point of where pieces were coming up. I had to go back and forth with this company a lot (month or two) to get any type of resolution. Instead of fixing it properly they simply filled the cracks with some crack filler. I am sure in a year again it will start to be a mess and I will have to pay someone to come out and fix it properly. I would not hire them again. Way too many headaches and the job is still not done right. I even paid them to put a new drain for water to the back but I am pretty sure they used the old pipe that was in the ground before instead of putting in a new one. Just not sure why they take these short cuts. Separately, they removed all of the dirt so I had to pay to get top soil for along the driveway. That was odd as well as if they just kept some of the dirt it could have be finished nicely. Overall, not happy. Avoid and go with someone else. The chipping along the street was really the main problem. I have never seen any driveway edged in like that. If they took the time to cut into the street the first time all would have been fine.

no response after initial contact. They've not gotten back with a phone call, e-mail, text, nada.

We used this company five years ago for our driveway and were satisfied with the results at the time. However, this time was a completely different story. It took several calls back and forth to finally get someone to arrive and assess the work. It took an additional two weeks and more follow-up calls to obtain the quote and statement of work. In comparison, another concrete company arrived within a day of our call and provided an estimate later that day. The quoted price was one-quarter of the price this company quoted and the services provided were literally identical. I would be hard-pressed to contact this company for future services.
