I needed to have my 20+ year old carpets cleaned in my home. I didn't have high expectations as I tried to self-clean the carpets without much success. I had a couple stained areas that I treated over and over and were unable to remove. They arrived later then the original time frame given, so I downgraded on punctuality. But I was called and informed of the delay when the job before me was going to take longer than expected. They also called 30 minutes prior to their arrival time to let me know they were on the way. They were very professional and cleaned my carpets quickly and efficiently. My carpets now feel fluffy to walk on. All the stains I could never get out were removed. I think of the time and money I wasted renting machines trying to clean the carpets myself. Excellent service. Great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

They called once to let me know they were running 15 min late and were here right on schedule. They came to work and had professional work ethics!! Each of them knew what the other one was to do and they went about it immediately. They had their feet covered by time they were in the door. My carpets look wonderful!! Any spots that had been there are gone! I would highly recommend Blough's Carpet Cleaning!!

It went great! We have used Blough's in the past for carpet cleaning. I called for cleaning, and Chris Blough called me to set up a time right away. He had availability immediately, but we scheduled the cleaning for the following week. Due to EXTREMELY cold weather, Chris asked to reschedule, but left it up to me. I appreciated that he was willing to clean our carpets regardless of weather if we had an event or a reason the carpets needed to be cleaned right away. Luckily time wasn't an issue, and we rescheduled for a week later. Chris came right at 10:00 when he said he would. They were in, cleaned our 20x20 living room, taking care of all my furniture, and were out within 30 minutes. His charge was reasonable and definitely less expensive than the other local or large chain cleaners. I also trust Chris and his employees to be in my home if I wasn't able to stay while they cleaned. They are very professional and do a great job. My carpets look amazing!

This is the first time I have used Blough's Carpet Cleaning. They were on time, professional, charged less that the phone estimate I was given and, most imprtantly, removed every stain from my carpet. Something two other companies were unable to do. I have four cats and a husband that spills coffee!

Christian was on time. They spot treated then cleaned the carpet. I had quite a few stains and they were gone when they finished.

After being stood up by another carpet cleaning service in the area (no show), I heard an advertisement for Blough's Carpet Cleaning service on the radio. Not having a clue how to spell the company's name, I quickly dialed the phone number provided in the ad as I knew I would not likely find it later if I waited. I scheduled an appointment while on the phone and provided very little details (i.e. square footage) when asked questions about the job. I explained I was in a hurry as I did not want to install the safety gates on the staircase until I had the stains removed on the steps. I was scheduled for an appointment less than a week out. I received a verification phone call the day prior to the appointment which surprised me as most home service providers in Southwest Michigan don't seem concerned about this. The day of the appointment, two men arrived at exactly the agreed time. They performed a quick inspection of the rooms with carpet, provided a fair estimate, and proceeded to clean ~2000 sq feet in about 1.5 hours. They used shoe covers while in our home and were very friendly. We get all of our carpets cleaned at least once each year. We'll call Blough's from now on. If ugly stains pop up in between visits, we'll call them as well as they had no trouble getting different type of stains out of our carpets.
