 + -1 moreOur water heater died. We called Adams & Son and the office manager said she would contact mechanic and get back to me. Within 10 minutes they called and agreed to have a mechanic and a new tankless water heater at my home the next morning. They arrived at 8:30am and by 10:30am we had hot water. They were professional, efficient and left my home spotless. It was hard to believe we had gone through such a mess less than 24 hours before. I would recommend Adams and Son to anyone who needs their services.

Description of Work: The provider arrived 10 minutes early to the scheduled time, diagnosed the heater problem in about 10 minutes and once procured the spare part (it took about 1 hour to find the right pieces given that it was a Saturday late afternoon and all part distributors in the area were already closed), fixed the issue in 20 minutes. | |I will completely recommend this provider and plan to use it again.

Description of Work: I used Adams with my whole house warranty, so there was a minnimum that I had to pay. They were there within 10 hours, and fixed the problem, in the next 48 hours after ordering parts.

 + -1 moreIt was all good, they checked it out, ordered part and installed it as soon as it came in. They actually said the aprt would not be until the following Monday, but when it came in on Friday, he stopped over as soon as he got it and installed it.
Description of Work: I used Adam and Sons througha home warrenty plan, and they fixed my air conditioner twice for two different problems. They were very good and polite and concerned for my needs, I wouldl recommend them to anyone.
