When we first met Tammy Jo, we had been helping our daughter, who was returning to the area from out of state, look for a house in the Grand Rapids area, but had been quite frustrated with our attempts to work with a realtor. We had started by just driving around in the area we were interested in and had called the realtors listed on the for sale signs in the yards. Some of the realtors did not even bother to return calls. We did meet with one to look at a house, but the realtor was not helpful about getting answers to our questions from the homeowners or suggesting any other properties to look at. Tammy Jo was INCREDIBLY helpful!!! She returned our phone call promptly and was very accommodating about scheduling showings when we had time available. The home we had originally called her about already had an offer, but she listened carefully to what we were looking for and suggested another home nearby, which was just what we were looking for. When we had specific questions for the buyers, Tammy Jo got answers for us promptly. She was able to recommend an excellent home inspection service, and made all the arrangements with the title company to complete the sale, which was complicated since our daughter was not living nearby at the time. We were very impressed with Tammy Jo's professionalism, her promptness, her attention to detail and her organizational skills. We have already recommended her to others and would definitely use her services again whether we were buying or selling a home in the West Michigan area.

We were living in IL and trying find a house in MI where we planned to move. We contacted Tammy Jo and told her what kind of home we were looking for. She sent us listings that we could look at via the internet. We narrowed down the list and made several trips to MI to actually see homes. Since our time was limited Tammy always planned the showings to be as efficient as possible. She asked excellent questions, noticed our reactions to the things and quickly got a feel what we really wanted in a home. Tammy is very personable and cares about her clients. We felt that she was very honest and even point out things that she did not feel we would like or that didn't seem to fit our needs. We did not actually find or buy a home from Tammy Jo, but when we decided to build she help us find a lot and negotiated for us even the lot was for sale by a different owner. Then she introduced us to 2 different builders, one of whom we ended up working with to build our home. Tammy was always on time for a[appointments and was professional while also being warm and friendly. She made us feel that she really cared about us. We would definitely use Tammy Jo and her professional services again.

Tammy Jo was very honest and professional. She was very motivated and kept me informed of every step. I've sent her many referrals our the years and they all had a great experience.
