Did a great job, explained the entire process to me, worked very efficiently, the discharge works much better now!! I should of had it done sooner, but they will be on my calendar to have this done on a regular basis. Recommended!!

Scott was amazing and extremely helpful! He came out and solve our problem quickly, extremely professionally, and we were charged a very fair price. In this day and age, it is very hard to find people who are honest and he was very trustworthy and honest and we appreciated that more than we can express. I can’t recommend this company enough!!! My basement sewer was clogged and I called Quality Sewer on a Friday evening. They got me on the schedule first thing the next day. The young guy (Kendall is his name I think) showed up. He was very professional, respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable. It ended up being that I had a bad sewer pump. He apologized that he didn’t have a pump with him to replace and he told me that I could do it myself or call them and schedule. He didn’t charge me for the visit or the diagnostic. I even offered to give him a tip which he refused to take. I would not hesitate to recommend Quality Sewer in Belmont MI. Thank you for being a good local business.

I had an issue with my drains for as long as I have been in my home. The washing machine water would come up my bathroom sink when draining and then overflow onto my floor from the wash machine drain. I hired MULTIPLE area plumbers in which always told me it was my main drain field under my driveway. I even tried using root x. One plumber put a vent pipe on my bathroom sink drain. People this went on for YEARS, I had anxiety that I had to spend THOUSANDS to fix this issue. After an issue of the water coming up around the base of my toilet I called Quality sewer. The young man Chad came. He said he was not a plumber. He said to roto- root ALL my drains including the toilet and the wash machine drain. I have not had an issue as of now since he did this! Months of not stopping and starting my wash machine to prevent flooding. A God send that I am truly grateful for. Hire these people!!

This was my second time calling this company, 3 years after my initial call. The technician arrived within 2 hours of my call, and cut me a break on cleaning the bathtub drain since he was already here. I will recommend this company and call them in the future.

They had been out a couple of weeks earlier but problem happened again. We called and the guy on call (who was different than the original service crew that was out) came out immediately even though he was up all night due to an issue at Brann's Restaurant and then worked all day. He took his time to be sure everything was ok and ran water through the lines - he was very thorough and very pleasant despite his having to be exhausted. We have always used QUality Sewer when needed and will continue to do so.

they have their travel time alsoEasy to schedule. Arrived on time. Cleaned backed up kitchen sink drain that I was unable to clear with just plunger. Company used power auger and had no problem opening drain. It didn't take long, but they charge a flat rate apparently, which seemed high considering the time spent, but I guess they have their travel time also.

I called Quality Sewer Cleaners after I looked up and saw their sticker on one of the hvac ducts. Bud was able to come out within a few hours and charged a flat fee of $135 to clean out the drain. Other plumbers wanted a service call fee, hourly fee, then an additional fee depending on what equipment they used! Bud even took the extra time to look at my shower valve and walk me through how to replace it myself before giving me some referrals of plumbers who could replace the valve if I didn't want to do it myself.

Our basement began to flood anytime we ran a water-intensive appliance (washer, dishwasher). Diagnosis: roots in the main line. Called around to a few different places and none of the companies I called could get someone over to my house for days. On the recommendation of my neighbor, I called Quality Sewer, and they had a technician to my house within the hour. Chris was professional and kind, quick and thorough. To top it off, their price for clearing the line was about $100.00 dollars cheaper than other places I called. Which, dang. Chris even plunged a slow-draining sink for me at no extra charge, explaining to me that often a good plunge does the trick. I'm surprised that as of this date Quality Sewer's overall grade is low. They were not only friendly, but saved me time and money. I couldn't be happier.

I DID NOT HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT THREE TIMES AND THE PROBLEM STILL WAS NOT FIXED. THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS SUB-PAR.
