Thank goodness because my dog was skunked last night, and my dogs drool got into the carpet, then my other dog rolled in it, so the carpet and the house were very unpleasant smelling all night and day until they arrived and were able to clean the carpets! This is the 2nd time they have cleaned my carpets, and both times, I have been very happy with the service. Mark and Tiffany are a great team and very friendly and professional. They cleaned the floors at my moms house, and now they are cleaning my floors, and I will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs!

+ -1 moreCascade is a business I've used before. They came the same day I called - which was wonderful bec. of the backup. Mark and Stephanie worked hard for several hours doing hard work. I don't know what details you want. I have nothing but praise for this company.
