Kevin is a very knowledgeable home inspector and took the time to carefully consider and document every part of the house. He spent 2 and half hours walking me through the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions in depth. I received a 60 plus page report a day after the inspection with pictures of each aspect of the house including recommendations for each area of concern. In the weeks following he continued to answer my questions even when he was on vacation. My recommendation: don't hesitate to pick Kevin Yeager as your home inspector.
