My in Spector Kevin Yeager was very professional and walked me through the house and explained as he went through! The inspection took about 3hrs I will recommend him if and when someone is in need of an inspection!

Keven Yeager is fantastic! Went through the home with a fine tooth comb. Approximately 4 hours in an afternoon and an 80 page thorough report in my email before noon the next day. It had pictures, comments and advice with recommendations. So impressive with knowledge and catching every little tiny detail inside and out. I highly recommend him. Also reasonably priced.

Kevin has a keen eye for detail and was very knowledgable. He didn't rush through the inspection taking time to carefully examine each area. He was also very personable and offered additional observations for items a homeowner should know to properly maintain the home in the future. Highly recommended.
