water heater repair
+ -1 moreCustomer service is great. The Service Technician Michael Toddy explained step by step the process of replacing my water heater. Once completed he went over the new fixtures because it's been 26 years since a new Bradford White was installed. Michael is very kind and courteous and finished in a timely manner. I will have them fix my future plumbing issues. Thank you Bergsma Plumbing and Michael Toddy.

+ -1 moreGood.. no leaks... just finished installing my own toilet and feel good about work that was done. Wish price could of been a little better... but not out of line
Description of Work: I was changing out toilet and it was old and hard/direct plumbed. I twisted the water in let and I needed about 14 inches of pipe cut and then sweated, plus a new valve added.. joe was a little late but did excellent work and was very nice and professional. Will be calling again when needed. I don't think you could go wrong with this company! Would recommend to others!

+ -1 moreWe needed a bathroom faucet replaced and he steered us to the contractor's version instead of the Lowe's version. Thank goodness because the contractor's version is a far superior quality that I never noticed. I would rather pay more up front and not run into problems a few years down the road. I had also purchased a hydraulic backup pump for our sump pump. He pointed out a problem with the plumbing for the sump that has existed for years, but is illegal now. He wouldn't install the backup because morally it's the wrong thing to do, and I have to respect him for that.
Description of Work: Replaced faucet, consulted on problems with our sump pump. Very knowledgeable and professional.
