carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreIt went great... He was scheduled to arrive "between 10:00 and 11:00 AM" and arrived at 10:00 on the dot. Since we had removed all furniture from the room, he was able to get started right away. He was finished in just 20 minutes, less time than I expected it would take. We really didn't expect him to get ALL the dirt and stains out, as some spots looked pretty bad - especially in the high-traffic areas, but we were amazed that he got the carpet TOTALLY clean. In fact it looks so good, we're thinking maybe we won't need to dye it after all! We were a bit (unpleasantly) surprised that he could not accept a payment by credit card (I hadn't even thought to ask about this up front) but he accepted our personal check and was on his way. Overall, we are very happy with the experience and will use this company again, not only for carpet cleaning, but we also learned they do bathtub resurfacing and we plan to have them back out to resurface our tub in the near future.
Description of Work: Cleaned and removed stains from our living room carpet. He also evaluated the carpet for possible dying in the future (is currently light-cream colored and we are considering dying it a darker color so dirt will be less visible between cleanings).
