Mr. Randy Brown stated ,'I will start work on my/your patio project on or about May 2023 to give time for the rainy season to end, in order to, not damage my Condo Association's landscaping or lawn work. This is a professional with experience and know how about different working conditions. Looking forward in working with Mr. Brown during the early dry season of 2023. P.S. Mr. Brown also asked me to look at towards choosing the color pavers of my preference at his company ,if I did not have any colors in mind, as of yet.

Randy called this morning in response to my late last night inquiry, asking what he could do for me. I told him I'd like to come in later this morning because I had some questions. I explained my needs to Randy and asked him to critique my presumptions regarding above ground planters. He clarified some of my ideas rooted in reading on-line information. He took the initiative and offered to blend compost and soil and deliver the four yards by early afternoon. The lady driving the dump truck was very careful not to damage low branches on a flowering tree near the area where it was dumped.

They worked very hard on my project and got it done in two days. It was a large patio area that needed repair and they succeeded. Patio looks great!

the pavers on the porch and walkway was done in a professional manner and on time.

I got two estimates from different companies for a large grading project; both were referred by Home Advisor. Randy got the job done in 1 1/2 days including seeding and fertilizer for $3300. The other guy told me it would take a week and cost around $10,000!! Needless to say who I went with. Polite, hard working, good price and willing to please...you cant ask for much more than that.
