They repaired and replaced old wood gable end trim which was in bad shape and needs replacement. They worked three days straight and it looks great. . The price was fair and was about what I expected. They cleaned up the yard very well and did good work. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a good job, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid 50% down in August of 2019 for work to begin in November 2019. I *had* to call asking when they would be out only to be told that they are down a crew and would not be out until March 2020. That day comes, I *had* to call again to see when they would be out, end of March. Then, COVID hit. I *had* to call again to see when they would be out. The job was finally completed in July 2020, almost a year after they took my money.

This company do not stand by their work. After 3 years I have experienced 3 leaks. First they said they would come and do an inspection, but subsequently cancelled the day of. I understand that things beyond their control may happen, but that's the last time I would get a hold of them. They do not return phone calls. 8-10 calls made. I'm having another, reputable, company fix their shortcomings. Save yourself a bad experience. Their estimator will promise the world, and make excuses why, people like me, are unhappy with their work. Don't fall for it, unless you want a brand new leaky roof.

They installed vinyl siding and aluminum trim on my garage. The siding job was fine, but the aluminum trim was full of ripples and looks terrible. Tim Self looked at it and agreed that it was not a good job. He said that he would have his men come out and correct it. The installation was done in 32 degree weather, which was probably the problem. They were not under a timeline and could have waited for warmer weather. To this date after several phone calls they have not done anything to correct the problem

Great customer service and workers did everything I asked of them. Would definitely use again.

Just had vinyl trim and gutters installed on our house by New Beginnings and my wife and I are thrilled on how great the house looks. We are getting compliments from our neighbors, and they are already asking for quotes. We now have the best looking house on the block, and I am so glad that I will no longer have to paint or replace rotten boards. Bill the installer is a true craftsman, was very friendly, answered all of my questions and did a top-notch job. I will definitely consider them for any future projects.

I had aluminum siding and gutters removed, and replaced with vinyl siding. It looks great, and I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job. It was done within the timeframe Tim promised. I recommend them.

If you are looking for follow-up service after the sell, you may wan't to ask about that before you sign on the dotted line. The salesperson --Great. Staff in office on phone --Great. Follow through -- Poor! I had asked the roofer to use my camera to take shots of completed project. He said no, he would use his camera and send me the pics to my email. I gave him my email address and again he promised to send pics. It is several weeks and 4 follow up phone calls later and still no pics! I have nothing to show for the thousands spent when all he had to do was use my camera. Booooo!

Great job. Tim went onto my roof checked it out. Staff did a great job at keeping me informed as to when thing would happen. As they happened Tim came by and when they finished he came by and inspected the job. We are happy with our new roof and very pleased with all New Beginnings people, I would work with them again

We hired them to put aluminum trim on our house as we already had vinyl siding. The trim work was excellent, the soffett work was too. But when it came to the gutters, the workers put too much of a pitch in the gutters. Also not happy with the color storm door. Was hard to pick a color from a paper swatch. The handle looks black not antique. They are not willing to swap out door. So not happy when I pull up to my house and see the color difference.

New Beginnings did a wonderful job on our siding/gutters/soffets. My wife wanted "something different" and the owner, Chris, helped her come up with a fabulous design that really looks great. His honest feedback on ideas as the plan was being developed was refreshing. Larry is a real craftsman with installation. He and Abdul did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.

The owner, Tim Self, was just terrific! He inspected the roof, and explained everything in great detail, taught us the difference in shingles, and how they were going to vent the attic area, and they blew in new insulation...WOW! What a difference it has made! The house stays cooler and the air conditioner runs about HALF the time it used to!!! The crew was great! Very courteous, very conscious of flowers, etc., and clean-up was excellent! And their price was much better than other companies we talked to. I'll recommend New Beginnings to anyone. I wouldn't even bother to look anywhere else!

Tear off unprofessional, installation fair, final product questionable, roof leaks , informed salesperson and blamed siding, and caulked around window. That was 4 weeks ago and no more contract, still leaks, had to fix myself. Would not hire for job .

We had a lot of work done by New Beginnings. All new siding and trim, gutters, and lots of attic work such as insulation baffles, roof vents for the bathroom fans, a continuous roof ridge vent, blow-in insulation (R49), and a new front door. Tim really knows his stuff. The work was excellent and the few issues we had were instantly addressed by Tim. The crew went above and beyond and did some detail work that that wasn't strictly part of the contract. Superb customer service. We had a great experience and are very happy.

Attention to detail. Creative. Fixed other issues (roof leak n window leaks) for no extra charge. Worked as if it was their house.
