We liked their dedication and work ethic and decided to hire them for “Phase 2” which involved creating a new flower bed, adding an additional retaining wall, more plants, and of course a lot of mulch. Mulch and topsoil services FAQs

Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
