Had McDaniel Mantenance do a difficult roof and gutter job on a 110 year old home. Job was completed in promised time frame and workmanship was excellent. A Building Tenant commented on how clean and safe the worksite remained during the job, especially compared to other roof jobs they had seen. Contractor took care of all City of Dearborn paperwork and inspections (which is not fun). I would recommend Mike and McDaniel Maintenance to anyone needing a roof, gutters, or general professional maintenance on a property.

He was friendly, quick to respond, did the job quickly and properly and his price was reasonable. He even offered to haul away something in my yard that I have been meaning to call someone about and he did it at no charge. I was impressed with Mike, I would not hesitate to call him again myself or recommend him to a friend.

Mike immediately responded to our request and returned with the constructed egress window cover within very few days. Highly recommend Mike for his efficienty and service.

The price came in under the competitors and I have a good feeling from the first phone call. Mike is upfront, honest. Initial fix on the roof was completed within a day of asking for him to do it. Looking forward to having the roof torn off and replaced this Spring.

He came and gave me an estimate and in less than a day the job was done. very good job.

The serviceman called the very next morning at 846am, scheduled an appt. Came on time, figured out the problem and said he would be back the next day to fix the problem. the next day we were not home, but saw the tracks in the snow. The repair solved the roofing problem and he actually fixed another problem that we would have later on. Very happy with the result-a dry ceilling!

So far, so good! I know they have been to my house twice, but have never seen them. They are here and gone before I know it! The last snow push we had, the driveway wasn't cleaned to the edge - prior to that, they did an excellent job!!

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job - not only on the roof replacement, but also on gutter replacement and tree removal work. They were on time, courteous and friendly, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up the work site when they were finished. Service was good and price was competitive. Only problem was that they were hard to contact. But they did do a good job.

Mike at McDaniel Mtce. went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new roof. He encountered many difficulties during the installation but he continued to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

Awesome service, great and very quick response to all of my questions. After my tree got cut down, the back yard was clean and neat, and no damage to my garage roof or cables which were all around the tree. GREAT SERVICE CALL THEM.
