He came and gave me an estimate and in less than a day the job was done. very good job.

He completed everything promised-I am extremely sataisfied.

The serviceman called the very next morning at 846am, scheduled an appt. Came on time, figured out the problem and said he would be back the next day to fix the problem. the next day we were not home, but saw the tracks in the snow. The repair solved the roofing problem and he actually fixed another problem that we would have later on. Very happy with the result-a dry ceilling!

So far, so good! I know they have been to my house twice, but have never seen them. They are here and gone before I know it! The last snow push we had, the driveway wasn't cleaned to the edge - prior to that, they did an excellent job!!

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job - not only on the roof replacement, but also on gutter replacement and tree removal work. They were on time, courteous and friendly, and did an outstanding job of cleaning up the work site when they were finished. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending McDaniel Maintenance, Inc. to anyone interested in hiring this company and highly recommend them. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike.

Service was good and price was competitive. Only problem was that they were hard to contact. But they did do a good job.

Mike at McDaniel Mtce. went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new roof. He encountered many difficulties during the installation but he continued to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

McDaniel showed up right when he said he would. Equipment was very clean, he was very courteous. I just can't say enough about him, he did a good job. I'm very happy with the service I had.

Awesome service, great and very quick response to all of my questions. After my tree got cut down, the back yard was clean and neat, and no damage to my garage roof or cables which were all around the tree. GREAT SERVICE CALL THEM.

I found Mr. NcDaniel to be very personable and professional. He originally came out and quoted me a price, then set up a date and time to do the repair. He was here when he said and did an excellent job. I would defineitly hire him again for any future jobs.

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. They claim to not have damaged my lawn, & say that the water dept. is responsible . Also they took 21/2 months to respond to my initial query only to respond with the above excuse, but were in a hurry to make sure that I'd mail out a check for their services as soon as I could. I wish there were negative stars to rate them with.

The repair was so simple for someone with a little knowledge that they just fixed it ... no charge. Rare in todays world. If I ever need any other work, you know I'll be calling them.

This guy came out and cleaned the driveway the first time. Needless to say he scraped into the side of my girlfriends car, causing about $500 of damage. At the time, he said he would fix it, just get back to him. He also said he wouldn't do my driveway anymore. Now, it's been nearly a month since. I've had an estimate done for repairs, etc. He doesn't return my calls, emails, or faxes and I am looking into legal action.

Responsible and dependable most of the time. Missed us once after a big snowfall, but responded in a timely fashion after a phone call. My husband has had to shovel the sidewalk and driveway twice. Overall, very professional.
