I had purchased brackets for a 32" and a 56" flat screen but discovered I was getting "too old for this" when it came to doing the heavy lifting, etc. Eli was contacted and proved to be busy, but he still made a visit to "scope out" the work needed at no charge. During our conversation I discovered that he did minor plumbing, and I had recently been "burned" by the plumbing company we had used for years on an installation project for a simple bathroom faucet replacement. We ended up scheduling a "work day" and by the time he was able to come, I had ordered and received the faucet replacement parts needed for a second matching bathroom sink job like the one that had recently cost us about $550.00. Eli did that job first on his first day and then because of brutal weather, etc, we rescheduled another day for the TV Wall Mount efforts. When he came back for the TV's he shoveled part of our driveway unasked, and helped me move some lawn furniture around on our snowed in patio and porch so I could get in and out of the living room access door door to get wood for our living room fireplace. He tackled both of the TV wall mount installations professionally, came up with design suggestions for a "behind the mount support brace" I had been unable to figure out, and mounted and positioned everything exactly where we needed it using better wall anchors than the ones that came with the mount kits I had purchased, etc., etc. We were quite happy with the professionalism and speed of his work on both projects.

Eli was very busy when I called, but was able to squeeze my small job in at the end of the week. We needed to have a small section of plywood underlayment replaced in our bathroom before we put down flooring and reinstalled our toilet. He arrived when he said he would, did the job quickly and efficiently, and made sure to clean up after himself. Total process took an hour or less. We had already removed the toilet and the old flooring before he arrived. We were very pleased with his work. He even spent the time to give me some tips as we go forward with our DIY project.

Eli, the owner of EMH Improvements was a huge help. I was on a deadline to get repairs made quickly on our home in order to sell our house by the end of the month. He fit the work into his busy schedule without complaint. He always answered his phone and returned texts promptly. He referred me to a great local business to order my siding as it wasn't available at any of the big box stores. He then went a step further and picked up the siding order up for me, when I realized it would not fit into my car. Additionally, he relit the pilot of my gas fireplace which saved me from having to call DTE or even worse - reach in and do it myself. He is respectful, prompt and works quickly. I can't recommend his services enough and I will be recommending him to my neighbors with similar siding issues.

Eli did a very professional job on all the installations and then cleaned up after he was finished. He provided a written estimate and the final job was billed exactly as estimated except for some changes that I had requested.

Eli did a fantastic job both times. Would hire him again in a heartbeat. Nice guy.

I was running short of time for installing this blinds for my tenants as the person I relied on did not show up. I called him and explained my situation he was willing to work next morning which was extremely helpful and also very reasonable. I have hired him for all the maintenance and repair work at my properties.

Eli was on time, did great work, and cleaned up afterwards. The front steps look probably exactly like the old ones when they were new. He took the time to make it right and extremely happy with the results!

The work took about two hours and I thought the price was reasonable.

The work moved right along and went as planned with no surprises. The amount of money spent on each project cost exactly what we were quoted. All projects were completed in the time frame specified and all of the workers were very nice to work with and very professional. The workers were so nice that my young daughter was disappointed when the projects were finished because that meant that the workmen wouldn't be coming to our house anymore on a regular basis. You won't be disappointed with the work performed for the money. Our bathrooms turned out beautiful! The company did great tile work in the bathrooms on the floors and the walls for the shower and tub areas. The mess was kept to a minimum, with the workers cleaning up every night before leaving. We would definitely use them again anytime.

EMH Improvements arrived on time for the initial estimate and for the job itself. The job took about 3 hours to complete. All the mess was cleaned up, including outside. Workers are very professional and friendly.
