They installed the wrong gauge wire for the load. The receptacle burned out two years later. Matt promptly came out, but said he couldn't find a cause. Was about to hire him again. Oddly, the friend who recommended them, they did that job correctly. My friend looked at mine and said right away, "These wires look thinner." Then I got a second opinion from another electrician, who demonstrated several defects in installation, including the work clearly not to code. This cost hundreds to repair, and was a near-miss of a disaster. I sent a detailed email with documentation and made a modest demand for compensation, a chance to preserve their reputation and make it right. No word after a couple weeks.

Matt and his team were very professional! They informed of everything they were doing throughout the process of upgrading my whole house electrical wiring/electrical panel project. Their service was much appreciated. Thank you!

Matt, came to the house same day we called to help with an electrical hum/buzz and found the problem immediately. Simple fix but the sound drove me nuts. Grateful he was able to find it so fast.

I live in a nearly 100 yo house needing some updated wiring on the upper floor to support window AC units, and a repair of the main circuit going to the kitchen due to corrosion from a prior water leak. For both jobs, Matt and sons from Archer were quick and efficient, quoted me less than a competitor, and other than having the power you hired them for, could barely tell they had been there. I am very much pleased that I no longer have to power half my kitchen with a heavy duty extension cord and I can sleep without the ice packs when it is super hot and humid.!

Showed up on time, he set with me and looked the problem over and give me an price. Job was do and in the price he gave. I will call them next time I need an electrician.

Matt and his crew were very prompt and worked together well, i had them replace my older main panel and sub with a new larger one and relocate at the same time. on top of that i had them wire a backup generator outlet, new ac breaker box outside and a new outlet for my sump pump and a whole house surge protector. they were nice enough to also run some new wire for me in case i want to add a few more circuits. they were on time at 9am to start and put in the extra effort to get it all done in one day and were out the door shortly after 6pm. the price for all that work was a little less than i expected and glad we had the work done. great quality, clean install and would hire again!

Put 220 hookup for condo had to knock holes in basement walls to come up thru condo I paid him in full he promised to come back and patch all the holes he never did I contacted him several times he continued to promise he was coming out next day never showed now I have to hire someone to come parch them. I am a senior citizen and feel like I was taken advantage of

Time is accurate

Great guys who did the job efficiently at a reasonable cost. We had them replace our panel and because of my location, needed to have an underground feeder. The waiting on DTE to bury the feeder cable was discouraging slow but the job was completed quickly once it was buried. They explained thigs to me and cleaned up after themselves. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
