The post construction cleaning was at best average. For the price we had to pay, I would have expected a top notch job, but there were many areas of dust overlooked, especially on the inside of closet doors and the top of woodwork over doors and windows. A bucket of some type of liquid had been spilled on our upstairs carpeting and no effort had been made to clean it up. We were able to contact him and he returned to take care of it. By then, all the other overlooked areas we had cleaned ourselves. Current situation with them has been questionable. According to the contract, "If you're not completely satisfied, call within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will be happy to reclean that area." This does not happen. When calling, his voicmail box is always full. He does not respond to text messages. The things being overlooked are simple, but important to me as I must use a walker. Dusted pictures should at least be straightened, not left crooked on the walls. Things knocked on the floor should be picked up. I asked for them NOT to clean my stove top, but they have done so anyway on two occasions, not replacing the heavy grids correctly and scratching my stove top. I've asked my bathroom rugs be shook out, not vacuumed and the rug edges are being ruined because they persist in vacuuming them. When replacing throw rugs, they should be replaced as found...snug up to my cabinets or doors...not put down haphazardly. And there has been a continued problem with proper cleaning of my walk in shower and counter tops...soap dishes and fixtures aren't being cleaned and back splashes and towel rods aren't being cleaned in the sink area. Finally, having hardwood floors and some room size rugs, a different vacuum head must be used for both. They have used the rug vacuum head on my hardwood which has scratched the finish. When he finally returned my text...first time!!!!....he tells me that I am hard to please and difficult. I explained my needs to him when he first came to my home and was assured they would be met. I feel he is not being cooperative and definitely is not living up to his "if you're not completely pleased" clause in the contract." An area of concern is his difficulty in maintaining workers. There is only one person that has come each week. The other two or three workers are always changing because they do not stay employed with him. He's either letting them go or they are leaving. I honestly feel his inability to retain faithful employees is what is causing these problems. Perhaps if he kept a notebook with each customer's requirements so many mistakes wouldn't be made. UPDATE 9-21-17 I previously reviewed this company and obviously, Steve cannot handle the fact that he needs to work on his professionalism even further, not to mention his ability to retain employees. He inferred that MY treatment of the employees is why they quit. He originally had encouraged my doing a walk through at the completion of their job and I did that. I in no way acted in such a way that would cause someone not to want to come to my home again when I pointed out the areas that needed to be redone. After all...his paper work stated that if there was anything that was not done to the customer's satisfaction, all we had to do was call him within 24 hours and the areas would be redone. If he states this as a fact, he should live up to this. It's not possible to leave a message when someone doesn't return text messages or their phone's mail box is always full. If it makes him happy to call me a liar, so be it. I hope it will make him feel better about himself. Meanwhile...take into careful consideration those you hire to come into your home to "clean to your satisfaction".

We have used Steve before and so when we needed our new home cleaned before moving in, he was the first name that came to mind. Called Steve in the afternoon and he came out to do the estimate within 1 hour. The next morning the crew showed up right when Steve said they would. They were friendly and very professional and got right to work. The work was completed within the time frame the quote said and the house sparkled. If you need cleaning they are the only ones to call.

The whole condo needed to be deep cleaned... and it was a complete mess! Everything needed to be cleaned... the stove, dryer, washer, fridge, windows, etc. Steve came over on time, gave me a quote and stuck to the quote even though I think he didn't realize how much work it was. I appreciated that! I wasn't there at the time so I did not have any contact with his staff. All I know was the place was as clean as it could possibly get. They did a wonderful job and Steve was great to work with. Once I saw the work that was done I felt that I got what I paid for and it was money well spent.

Steve walked through my entire 3300 square foot home in Plymouth. He stated that he generally recommends an initial deep cleaning for the first visit, but acknowledged that my home was already very clean and that wasn't necessary. We both agreed that a full cleaning of my home is a 4 hour project per week. He quoted me $140 per week, which comes out the $35 per hour for unskilled labor. He tried to make the sales pitch that house cleaning is" hard work", as if I don't know that. I've been cleaning my house for many years and I am well aware that it's hard work. Nonetheless, I get paid far more for my skills as an attorney than I do for my housecleaning skills. A skilled profession/trade requires years of education and experience. It's offensive to me that Steve thinks his unskilled staff is worth $35 per hour. Wake up Steve, the competition in your market is HUGE! You likely pay your staff a little over minimum wage and your overhead is pretty minimal running the business out of your home. It's only a matter of time for your current clients to wake up and realize there are many less expensive options in the market. I understand that a business owner needs to make a profit, but you've crossed the line into greed.

Deep cleaning of the entire house with exceptional attention to detail. I appreciated the feedback that they asked from me to ensure the job was being done to my standards. Very professional group and I have scheduled bi-weekly service to clean our home moving forward. I highly recommend!

, but when I arrived to the house the following day, I found the appliances CAKED in filth.......how long does it take 4 people to wash and vacuum floors and clean toilets.....'cause that's all they did. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

4 cleaners came out and they were done in 3 hours. house was clean, pleasant crew to work with.

They did an awesome job! It was unlike any other cleaning service out there. They were on time, professional and the attention to detail was amazing. The price was exactly as quoted. They thoroughly cleaned the entire home, plus hand cleaned all of our blinds.

The service went very well. I am extremely please with the thoroughness of the cleaning (especially since I have a slight case of OCD). They actually exceeded my expectations and I have hired them to come on a bi-weekly basis.

I could not get over how awesome my house looked! I have had a lot of cleaning services over the years, and this was the first one to not let me down. They made me feel comfortable having them in my home. From the first time I met Steve, the owner, he made me feel confident in his company. All the girls that came out to clean the house were very polite and professional. They had clean, modern cleaning equiptment. The floor cleaning maching they brought made my old floors look like new! Thank you so much to Steve and his staff for doing such a great job and making me feel so comfortable.

It was amazing. He was really, really good. He was very professional and they had a lot of checks in place to make sure they did everything that they promised to do. I just want to make sure people understand he provides a service that I highly recommend.
