A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair did a good job and communicated well. They did what they said they would do, it's hold so far. I don't remember how much I paid them but it was reasonable. I just remember the service person that came out was really nice and personable. They were easy to work with.

The basement is dry and I am very happy with the work he did. He explained what he was going to do. He also later replaced the sump pump for us. That was kind of emergency. He came out right away and he didn’t charger us extra for coming out. He explained what he was doing while he did it. So that I will be prepared for the emergencies in the future. The quality was really good. He was very professional and he was personable which was welcome too.

After a little trouble with the equipment, the job went smoothly. The lead guy was competent but the other guy seemed to be learning, but the lead guy got what he needed from the other guy. I was satisfied with the job. They did a good cleanup after.

Did a good job. One slab required a lot of mud to stabilize it. Both members of the crew demonstrated competence (the support guy had learned stuff since the job they did in Canton the week before). They cleaned up well.

A request for quote was entered on their website, and they responded by phone by the next day. A gentlemen came to provide a quote a few days later. He gave a detailed quote and explained how they would drill holes in several locations on each slab and pump in a concrete slurry to give the slab a proper slope. I returned one day to find that the work had been completed that morning. I was very satisfied with the result.

The salesman responded rapidly to the initial inquiry very quickly. The quotation was more than reasonable and backed the work up with a four year warranty that was transferable to a new owner. No other that I talked to would do that. The crew showed up on time and as scheduled, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up so that you wouldn't even know they had been there. The crew was very courteous and informative as to what they were doing and what the precautions to insure the integrity of the plumbing. I would recommend them highly to anyone that has a concrete leveling issue.

Our driveway and sidewalk had become uneven over the years and we contacted A-1 Leveling for an estimate based on Angie's list recommendations. We couldn't be happier. Our phone call was returned promptly and the estimator did a great job in breaking out different areas of our driveway and sidewalk with prices in case we wanted to have only a part of the job done. The prices were excellent so we had everything done. If you mention Angie's list, you also receive a 5% discount. The crew arrived on time, completed the job and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. The driveway and sidewalks look great with all areas leveled out.

The Day I called A-1, they had an estimate in my mailbox, and by the way it was over 1300 dollars less than the competition. My driveway condition was horrendous, with areas that were over 2 inches in height difference. When I came home from travel the job was done. Aside from obviously still seeing the cracks, they leveled 6 large slabs and even made it even going into the garage I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Not sure how good the work they do is, but they were good about following up and responding to concerns. there was some confusion with the quote, but they responded professionally.

They were excellent. They were professional, prompt, and significantly less expensive than the other estimate I got. I don’t 100% know about the quality of their work because who knows what the caulk will look like next spring; right now I’ll give them an A.

Company was prompt, both in providing estimates and actual service. The process was efficient and quick; the men doing the work were personable and professional. The cost was less than comparable options.

Leveling is very good. Be sure to ask if you want them to seal the cracks in driveway-this was not included in estimate.

Brett was incredibly professional and told us he couldn’t help us since we have a foundation issue. We were disappointed that we couldn’t give him the business because of his professionalism and honesty!

A-1 Concrete Leveling came to our house at 0830 as scheduled and started work right away, they had to leave to pick up more materials when they found out that it was a bigger job than initially estimated. They did more work but we paid the same amount as the original estimate, not one dollar more. Everybody was professional and cleaned up the whole area when work was done around 4pm. The garage door is now touching the floor since our garage and driveway are leveled. THANKS A-1 Concrete, you're the best in our book!

They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

The corners were four inches below the drywall but they were able to jack it all up. There were only a couple of companies in the area that did this work. They were very professional, they came on time, and they stayed until they got done. They cleaned up well when everything was done and they did a wonderful job with the work. Their price was in the same ball park as everyone else. They patched all of the holes that they put in the slab and they answered all of the questions that I had.

He was not as personable as the other organizations that I got the quote from. He was a little bit quick with his demeanor. I really didn’t feel comfortable with him like I felt with other people. He was much more expensive than others. They do leveling and put the tile on, which was not recommended by anyone else. It seemed like he was overbidding. He was a nice guy. The responsiveness was fast. He came on time. He was very professional. He was very expensive than everybody else. I would probably not use them for a quote in the future.

His name was Brian. He couldn't do the work because he actually doesn't do driveways.
