+ -1 moreThey charged me $700 over the estimate after we spoke, even without my permission. They also padded the bill. I feel that they inflated the bill as well as their services. The quality of work was fine, but I didn't like how they up-sold me.
Description of Work: It was a landscaping job. They were putting in a brick walk.
