Northwood's Troy Martin was excellent in every fascet. We built the home remotely from the US Virgin Islands. Troy was there each step of the way via Email and telephone to advise and assist. The finished cabin is stunningly beautiful and top notch in quality all within schedule. Even after the final work was done Troy has remained available to assist. By recommendation of a close friend, when looking to build our retirement home up north, we contacted Vacation Properties Network Building Division. We met with Troy Martin, Vice President of the building division, who listened intently to what our desires for our home would be. He created a beautifully designed home, quoted us materials, labor and a deadline. Our home was built start to finish within 7 months. All contracting for electrical, plumbing, roofing, siding & windows was done through VPN and we were happy with all the services. We had very few "snags" during the process, but when we did, Troy was always available and very hands with getting any issues resolved quickly.
