+ -1 moreThey are very prompt. If they say they are going to be there at 8:30, they are there at 8:30. I know exactly where their office is located if I need to go there. The workers have been supportive. If there was something they were having trouble with, they could call the boss and he would come over. The price is reasonable, I have no comparison. The builder recommended him right away, and he has had twenty years' experience in the area, so there was no problem. The only call back was for a ceiling fan because I didn't have a rod to extend it like I should have had on hand. He came back to do that once I was able to purchase one, and that was my fault and not his fault.
Description of Work: We use Arndt Electric Svc Inc for electrical work. The last time we used them, there was a dryer/power problem, and they had to adjust something. Over the last three years, we have had several jobs done by them from putting in new pot lights to running lines for the hot tub and installing electrical heaters, because we had some new construction and they did electrical work for that.
