Description of Work: I agree 100% with Paradigm's permit requirement. Most homes aren't insurable without permits. Think of an unsuspecting home buyer buying a home that hasn't been inspected then burns to the ground from an electrical fire. Loss of property is nothing but loss of life is. I stand by Paradigms work ethics 100% and will consider in future.
