+ -1 moreThe pilot light went out, possibly due to an old thermocouple. He got it started, and checked the system for problems, and made recommendations. By the way, I'm sure that he had nothing to do with Frontier's telephone problems.
Description of Work: My baseboard-heating boiler died last evening. I called McCain before opening hours, and my call was returned before opening time. Mr. McCain was here within an hour, and had it fixed in 25 minutes. The temp inside went from 58 degrees to normal, over 70 degrees, within two hours.

Description of Work: As we were in the grips of sub zero temperatures, our furnace went out. I didn't discover it until I came home from work at 5pm. I called McCain's and he was at the house within 45 minutes. He got it running again, but said it was a temporary fix and that we should think about a new furnace. Well, the next day it went out again, so we called them again. The next day they were here with a new furnace and we were very pleased with their prompt service. They even offered to vacuum the floor before they left.
