They refused to start until I paid them my deductible up front from my home owners insurance. That took a week so the house sat. Everything had to be removed and cleaned. They damaged furniture and broke personal items. Other items were lost or stolen. When brought to their attention they offered to fix but was hard to keep them to their word. I had to call them constantly and was often told they were too busy and would get back with me. The insurance company paid them when the work wasn't finished and when i was advised by the insurance company and family and friends to not sign the check AB Edwards said they needed the money i sympathized being a small business myself. I reluctantly signed the check and now 9 months after the fire they now refuse to finish. They returned all of our stuff in a million taped shut boxes with no rhyme or reason. We had silverware in with alarm clocks and took forever to find screws to put our beds back together. TV cords were all shoved in a box. We had no idea what went where. It has been traumatizing. It was devastating to have to move out of our home and then even more so when the restoration company destroys our trust. I am heart broken that a local company would be so sloppy and unprofessional.

Terrible. Brian Edwards is a horrible terrible business owner. He contacts your insurance company to find out how much we got back and charged us more than what we would get. And then he stalked me, harassed me and was beyond rude to me until they got their money. They double charge you, take every ounce of money you have and give terrible service. The best part is he is a pastor. He is the most disgusting person. He is robbing people. His company should be s*** down. Fraud fraud fraud. TERRIBLE. NEVER CONTACT THEM.

Our Culligan water system leaked into my daughter's room and bathroom. It was an insurance job and since our place is older and belongs tot the farm, I wasn't in need of a top of the line remodel. However, the failed to show up when scheduled, failed to call, failed to return calls. They used leftovers from other jobs and their idea of mold removal from our HVAC was two squirts of thyme oil. It took 6 weeks to do carpeting, drywall and painting of an 8x9' bedroom and a small bathroom. I told them my son had health issues and couldn't be in the house while it was worked on and they just drug it out even longer and cost us time and money trying to find other places to live while they dawdled.

Communication was poor. Phone calls weren't returned until the next day. They no-called, no-showed a couple of times. Twice they failed to clean up after their work. A completion date was not met (several dates were given and none were met.). They were very good about checking for mold and moisture.

They are outstanding. They are privately owned and they perform quality work.

I know a bit about carpet cleaning, due to the fact that my step-father operated a business that my brother and I worked for, when I was a teenager, so it was very apparent this team not only knew what they were doing, but put all the furniture up on styrofoam blocks, to allow the carpet to dry and not have rust marks from metal or damage the wood legs, in the damp carpet. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone needing their service. Ron Badgerow
