+ -1 moreThey did a pre-call the day before and the morning of the tech called to verify address and tell me he was on the way. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about him-I never thought I would call Sears but the furnace is old and not a common type and they were one of the few who new about it.Will definitely use them again!
Description of Work: new home owner-had old furnace checked out for $69 fall special and 1 switch was starting to show signs of failure so it was replaced for price of part ($14) and has worked fine since.
