Description of Work: Patched hole in ceiling after new ceiling fan was installed

Description of Work: I had 2 bathrooms completely gutted out, upstairs bath I had tub removed and a walk in shower put in to replace it, drywall was hung, insulation, new vanities and sinks, new toliet in downstairs bath, a lot of plumbing was replaced because i had a cracked pipe upstairs that was leaking down stairs, i had new tile on walls and floors, the rooms were painted, new lights and fans put in and ceiling was replaced

Description of Work: Mark was contacted just before we started our remodel. My original contractor backed out on us just three weeks before we were to start our bathroom remodel. As the saying goes...all things happen for a reason. Mark stepped in at the last minute, gave us some great suggestions, which we followed through with and promptly got to work. He gave us his estimate immediately and started coordinating with his subcontractors. He did a complete tear out for us in just a few short hours. All the junk was hauled away that same day. He was very neat and respectful of our house. The floors were covered ect. to help keep the mess contained. He did the plumbing for the shower and sink, installed a light in the shower, hooked up the toilet, built the cabinets up and made a perfect match with the existing wood. Rerouted the heat into the cabinet toe kick so we could get rid of the floor register. Made all the arrangements with Kawkawlin stone to get granite installed on the correct day. Also, picked up our mirror from Gillis glass and installed that. Did all the electrical work which included adding a thermostat for the floor, moving electrical boxes, adding a light switch, hooking up a fan and light fixture and patching all the holes. The patched drywall is flawless. The painting is perfect. I'm sure I left some things out except for the biggest task he had to do. We had hired a friend to tile the shower. When Mark was called I could not tell our friend I no longer needed him even though Mark would have been happy to tile the shower and I know he would have preferred to. So Mark worked around him and I know that was a tremendous challenge. The bathroom turned out beautifully.
