NOT WELL. We ended up with more leaks from the gutters then we had with the old ones. Contacted the office. They sent a second team out to look at it. The lead told me that he was surprised that I even got a warranty. Apparently the roof was cut short and when they pulled the channel off with the old gutters it allows the water to go between the new gutters and the house causing the leakage. He said that they could fix the problem but it would cost me more than the gutters and downspouts cost. I declined and emailed the office and said that it would have been nice to know this in advance. I wouldn't have wasted $1205.00, after all this is their business and the first install team or even the estimator should have noticed and made us aware. They called back and sent a third guy out to look at the leaks. He came and confirmed the roofing issue and said that they would have to make a custom channel to fix the issue. The office called to set up the work. Couldn't give me a cost because they didn't know how much material they would use. They set up a Tuesday, called Tuesday mid morning to say that they made an error and scheduled the team on a day that they weren't in my area and wanted to know if Thursday would work. I agreed. My wife and I went out and purchased some vinyl and repaired the lower level of the house and left the upper level to them. They called Thursday morning to give an arrival time. I informed the guy that we did the lower level and they only needed to do the upper level. Less than five minutes later Nichole (owner) called and was upset that the scope of work had changed and that they weren't notified. She said that she scheduled a full crew for the job and would have only sent one person out had she known. THAT'S BULL. They had a job before and after mine, so they crew was already in place. Nichole and I went around and around about the service and quality of worked preformed. She basically accused us of having a defective house. I stated that this was their business and that they should have let us know about the potential problem and let us decide if we wanted to continue. After all was said and down I refused the work and we are living with the leaks. They did called back and offer to do it for free, I refused and said I was done with M&M. I also told her that I was going to fill out the survey. She accused me of possible slandering her. I told her that it's not slander when it's the TRUTH. MORAL OF THE STORY: BUYER BE WARE AND ASK QUESTIONS SO THAT YOU DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. $1200.00 WASTED.

They arrived in the afternoon 9-25-17. They talked to my husband & me. Told us the job would take about 1.5 hours. Crew friendly and answered our questions. Price reasonable. They did the job in a little over 1 1/2 hours. They told us any problems call the office.

M&M Seamless responded quickly to request for quote. Price was reasonable. They showed up on time, did a good installation. Cleaned up the job site and workers were polite.

The roofing crew did an excellent job removing the old roof from our 112 year old house & installing our new roof. They were professional, friendly & worked well together.

They arrived like an army coming in and completed the job quickly and to our likes. Good job.

Got the estimate and a month last (at the agreed start date), they came, took down the old system & installed the new system all in one dat,
