+ -1 moreI have nothing bad to say about them. They have been great every time they come out here. I have used them 3 times I think. It was great. They are fantastic. They found something that was wrong; they showed me how it wasn’t working than just trying to get me to buy something that I didn’t need. It probably saved me my whole broiler which was about a few thousand dollars. They are easy to deal with. They come out and they fix it and then they send me a bill. Two of the times they come out it was kind of an emergency. They gave me better assessments other than just what I asked for. The first time they came out, he told me my water heater was going to go and I should probably replace it, about 3 months later, it started leaking.
Description of Work: John M. Jacobs Plumbing Inc. replaced the motor of my heater. I have an old heater. They did a lot of work for me. They also replaced the water heater and they did some plumbing on my bathroom.
