They actually never did the work. I gave my credit card to purchase a new door handle lock. They told me that it would take couple of weeks. They were slow to order. I called them after couple of weeks and they seemed to have forgotten the order. I had to give him the information again to order. They did admit that they had forgotten about it and didn’t know about it. About six weeks later I still didn’t receive it. Two days later I got a call from him. I thought he was calling me to come and pick up the lock. They asked me how much I had paid for it. They didn’t have it in the records. They took my credit card number and I dint know how much they had charged me. They were asking me to look up, how much they had charged on my credit card. I got angry with him. I told them that it was six weeks and they should have had the records about it on their file. He got angry with me and started yelling at me and started calling me a jerk. I went and checked my credit card and they had charged me $140 and they didn’t even know that. I had to go and get my money back. I never got my lock. They never called me once in the entire six weeks except when they called to ask me for the credit card information. I had to go and prove that they had charged me or else I wouldn’t have got my money back. They were completely inept and rude. I would never use them again.
