Arrived on time and quickly got the job done.

The job went well once they got it started. The office staff needs to respond in a faster mode but once they got the job going it went well.

overall they did a very good job.

There's not even enough space here to tell how awful it was. It started with my call in NOV. 2007- my heat was failing- low temp- 60*; said they would send man- didn"t show up; I called and called- in DEC- colder- 40*repairman came- said he didnt know what was wrong but he ordered a part that might work. JAN- 30* office has no record of part order; repairman sick; I said send another man- they said ok- never showed., never called me- FEB- very cold- 20*, drops to 10* Freezing- I am running all the faucets so they won't freeze- all the lights on- sleep on floor with dogs in front of open oven. I get sick. I get frostbite on toe I call- promises to come, I call, am given repairman's number and told to talk to him. He says he is busy but may come- Came 2-12-08 Looks at furnace- says he doesnt know- doesnt have time to figure out- has to leave and come back when he gets some time -- who knows when...lots of people need him-getting part might take weeks-furnace is 10 years old.But if I buy a new furnace he can get me heat today He gives me 45 minutes to decide-and he'll get itif I can get the money together He 's leaving, but if I give him 1800.00 I get my savings, and give him 1900 money order. He returns 4 hours later with new furnace; breaks loose the old furnace and leaves. No connection at all. I call office. At 10:30 that night he returns with young man; screams at me never to call the office, only him on his cell. I'm scared. they jury-rig the wires, but do not connect ductwork, leave wires hanging. Now says that young man will return to clean ductwork, to pay him 200 on the side, allow him to have old furnace. says he will return to fully connect furnace. I call him, I call office, repeatedly. MARCH- My water bills are high; my energy bills soar to over twice, , what my consumption was last year at this time- because the furnace is on, trying to heat, but it is not connected. We are cold. My dog has a minor operation, but gets sick, can't recover at home, dies.I wear layers, stay in bed. My boss calls the man; My sons, out of state call the office- they say talk to the serviceman- vague, talks of "finishing up" "minor things".April -My brother from across the state calls office, serviceman- and demands a date to install furnace- after a runaround and several dates that don't work out; serviceman agrees to come Saturday April 19th, Bro calls him Thursday, Friday night; My brother drives for 31/2 hours to get here- Saturday morning. Man comes 2 hours late- "To finish up" We stand by until he finishes- 8 hours later. Ducts were never cleaned; never got the spare filter. Never an explanation or apology.
