When mold was discovered in the basement,they came out quickly to give an estimate and performed the work promptly and in a professional manner. They made my clients feel very comfortable with the entire process.

Description of Work: Mold removal in a room of our basement. They removed the mold and the effected wood. They cleaned up everything and treated with mold retardant to prevent future problems.

Description of Work: Mold Remediation : Constructed negative air pressure contamination. I HEPA air filtration device. Visually containments compound were removed. Disposed of (NON-STRUCTURAL). Affected surfaces decontaminated. HEPA, vacuumed and treated with registered anti-microbial.

Description of Work: After completing a bathroom restoration because of water damage, we later chose to replace the flooring in an adjacent room. When we removed the old flooring, we discovered additional water damage and mold that was not believed to have been there. Based on photos, Elliot was able to quickly provide a quote to address the mold. They were very professional and provide a quick and easy to read estimate for the work. We did, however, choose to work with another company based on price. Our experiences with Elliot were very positive and if we had not chosen a lower cost provider, would have expected that the work and continued experience with Elliot would have very positive.

Description of Work: We were selling our home & had a home inspection. They found mold in the attic & Elliot was one of the companies we contacted for an estimate. They came out as scheduled, explained the problem, how they would fix it and what was needed to prevent it. We hired them for the mold removal. When they arrived they installed plastic over the attic opening & into the hall to contain the area. They removed the mold then sprayed a preventative to prevent regrowth.

Description of Work: I contacted Elliot Environmental to provide an estimate for cleaning mold from an older home I had just inherited. The service was prompt and came when expected. Brian was very thorough and went through all areas of the basement with a bright flashlight, even examining, board by board, the subfloor above the basement "crawl space." At the end, Brian announced that I did not need his service, that there were two minor areas of mold that could be scrubbed down with a scrub brush using bleach water. He spent 20-30 minutes looking over the basement and would not charge me anything.
