Representative showed up on time and was very polite. Helped move things outta the way for me as I have a back problem. Assessed the problem and went right to work fixing it. After the problem was fixed, he cleaned up his mess and left my house in a good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this kind of work to be done. They did a great job and I've used them in the past and they've always done a great job.

Job was completed without any problems. Workers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Price charged was the exact as estimate. Would recommend their work to others.

We had Dependable Service come to our home to clean out our sewer drain in June. In September, a mere two weeks past their warranty period, it backed up again. Their response was, "you're past your warranty". So, I asked them why I should utilize their service again if they didn't do the job right the first time, and they didn't give a response. I don't want to have to pay for someone to come out every 90 days and two weeks to do the service again. I would rather have someone do the job right the first time so that it doesn't have to be repeated over and over again. Dependable wasn't so dependable, and I will not use their service again.

My son came over and watched everything said the man did a good job. My son said the man used over 100' of tape to check the sewer line and felt a few spots where there were roots. The camera was not used at this time but I will have it done come spring. When I called the office I told the woman what happened to me (basement got water during the prolonged bad rain). Then I called our township sewer people they had a company come out to auger my sewer and use the camera I did not watch them as I should have. I was told that the sewer was full of roots and should be cleaned. I was given an estimate of $1350.00 to have a cleanout put into my yard and to have the sewer cleaned both ways. I called my nephew (a plumber) who lives in IL to ask him about the estimate. While he said it was in line with what can be charged he told me that I could wait at least a year since they did auger it somewhat. I called the other company because I wanted to ask about the estimate and ask some questions my nephew suggested I ask. I still haven't heard from them and that was 2 weeks ago. Just from what my son told me it seems that this other company wanted to sell me something I really didn't need at this time nor could afford. Always good to get a second estimate. I feel the office personal and the sewer tech were very professional and I will use them again in the spring.

Overall - I will use Dependable again in the future for all of my plumbing needs. He was quick, got right to work, talked me thru everything he was doing and had a very pleasant disposition.

After trying for 2-3 days to unclog slow kitchen drain thru chemicals & plugging, called Defendable service (angus list) - set appointment for 2:30 PM. Got home early-called at 1:20 & at 1:35 service tech Larry arrived. He expertly unclogged drain and left at 1:55PM.

I called Dependable Sewer because when I bought the current home that I live in, the previous owners had been having Dependable Sewer come to the house annually to clean out the drain. The drain is located near a maple tree and gets a large growth of tree roots every year. The serviceman arrived within the hour after I called He was very courteous, listened to our problems. He explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He went about his work and I am pretty sure he augured out the lines a couple of times for a thorough job. When he was finished, he bagged up all of the root debris and removed it from the home. When he was finished, he finished the transaction and thanked us for calling him. Overall, we were very impressed with his timeliness in arrival. his thoroughness on the work, did not rush the job, and made sure it was done correctly. We were also impressed with his manner of professionalism, which we appreciated.

Went fine. No complaints.

On a Saturday, our plumbing decided to act up by gurgling through the sinks anytime water was ran in the shower or the toilet was flushed. After my husband decided that it was a problem he couldn't fix, we called Dependable Sewer at 5:30 pm. By 7:00 they had made the the hour drive to our house and completed a snaking of the drain pipe outside of the house. He ran the snake down 70 ft through the drain twice and then had us fill the tub, flush the toilet, and run the washer to make sure the problem was solved. All of this and they came in $20 under the quote they gave over the phone before the plumber was dispatched. I will not hesitate to call them again in the future!
