Service was punctual. Great people to work with. Serviceman knowledgeable and honest. Said boiler was in good shape; previous service company we had called said boiler was shot and needed to be replaced, which is why I called Chartier for a second opinion. I would call them again.. And will.

I had damp spots on my basement floor, and I didn't know the source of it. I had one company come out and look into it. They discovered a pipe was rusted out. they said I need to dig up the line and replace it. I call Chartier and Sons, and the thing they did that was really excellent was they sent a master plumber to do the estimate. He came and told me that he could reroot the parts of the pipe to another pipe to drain out. The total price was $4,500 less than the other companies. The were polite, punctual, and very clean. They cleaned up very nice. It turned out way better than I expected. They are wonderful. I have called them back for future jobs.

I called to speak with someone about having some plumbing work done. I left messages with their answering service and was assured someone would return my call within 24 hours. My call was never returned. I did the work myself. I would not recommend this business for lack of customer service.

Went great. Came in did the work. Chatted with me when I was around so I knew what they were doing. Answered my questions. Discussed the work with each other as they did it. Nice teamwork. Very pleased.

They did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient. We had several things done and the price was around $300. It was well within the line as what we had expected to pay. They came when they said they would come and they got the job done efficiently. So, that was very good. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done; so I don't really know for sure as to how the price is compared. I would definitely use them again.

We had a kitchen sink clog that we had called a different plumber for initially. That guy made a hole in the pipe which was inside a wall, and we ended up with a huge waterfall coming out of our wall! He had charged $209! After he couldn't do the job, a friend of a friend referred us to Chartier Plumbing. They made time to come out right away. We ended up having to have an outside wall opened up, and these guys had to cut an old rusty metal pipe out of the wall. They ended up replacing pipe from the basement, to the kitchen sink, all the way up to the roof for a vent pipe. All of that for $54. dollars more than the guy who made the hole in the pipe, (which was still clogged after he left, by the way). I totally recommend and give excellent high marks to Chartier Plumbing! I am so happy with their work!

It was almost a three hundred dollar faucet. My plumber was on vacation and I needed someone for some plumbing work. So I was being referred to use Chartier and Sons and they did a great job. They came when they said they were going to come. The price was very good and everything else was good too. I thought that the price was fair for what they had to do. I just felt that the young guy that they had sent had a good personality and he also did the job right. He came on time and his professionalism was perfect. I would certainly use the services of Chartier and Sons in the future too.

They came within 24 hours, did the good work, charged reasonably.
