+ -1 moreThe plumber was very confident. He was unable to change the drain in one bathroom after assuring me it could be done. He also broke a tile and scratched a newly refinished tub. He did replace the drain and pipes in the second bathroom, but cut two holes instead of one in my ceiling and scratched the tub in that bathroom as well. We also found four tiles cracked in that bathroom. The work was supposed to take half of one day with two people working. It took 1.5 days, and two weeks to complete. It cost twice as much as the estimate, and the work was only completed on one of the two bathrooms.
Description of Work: I needed some plumbing done in my bathrooms.

+ -1 moreI call this company spoke to someone on the phone they took my information and said someone will get back to me and let me know when they could come out and service my air conditioner. No one never called me back to let me know anything. I my job was not big enough to respond back.

+ 0 moreAt first it seemed the plumber was trying to help me out by having me perform tests on my own to prevent them coming out , but when it got too complicated , I had them come out which they put off a day , as they called to tell me they had a emergency at another job , seems they broke a water main in another customer's front lawn while excavating? (WARNING?)and they had to repair the geyser ( as they put it. The next morning they came out and cleaned the water heater out said it was very dirty? ( is only 6 months old) and if any more trouble to call them back. I called 4 days later and basically got told they did all they could do to handle it myself, will not use them again.
Description of Work: Water Heater under warranty, called A&B they promised to come out on Tuesday, waited all day, they called around 3:00 PM, said they were tied up with another job , and they said would be the following day. The following day they came out early and took apart the water heater , and cleaned the burner. Charged 80.00 service call, said if any problem to call them back. 4 days later, the water heater doing the same problem, called and left message for them. They called back and said it was under warranty and it was up to me to call the company as they had done all that they could do? According to Rheem's warranty, any licensed plumber is covered to perform the work while under warranty. I called Rheem and they told me it needed new gas valve which they will send me overnight air. I guess I have to find new plumber to install it, as A&B gave me the impression that it was not important enough for them to at least come out and re-check to see if it might be a sensor or something else.
