 + -1 moreHad a HP laptop that totally stopped working. He gave me options in regard to fixing it and to me it was worth fixing. He ordered the part and fixed it. It has been awhile so I am not sure which part it was. Computer is still working.

 + -1 moreIt was very good and they are very professional. They all put on like these bootie things so they didn't bury the carpet. They were very careful not to mark up the walls. They were very professional. I just think they were about average.

 + 0 moreI called for repairs about 3 days before the work was done. The repairman wasn't able to come sooner, but he worked me in as quickly as possible. He came to my home around 7PM-did some repairs on the computer, but didn't need to replace any parts. The work took about an hour. Since I've been a customer several times, he didn't charge me for the service call.
