The young guy was nice enough, said what he was spraying for would keep them away for 60-90 days. He showed up an hour late, apparently because of the rain outside making it not advisable to spray -- but didn't call. He did give me a break from the charge for that. When the spray dried it left a prominent residue on the floor which looked awful and my dog sometimes licks at things on the floor so didn't seem safe. I had him take off his shoes but still somehow he brought a lot of dirt in -- I think it was on the sprayer. That day I saw an ant in the house after he left. I used to use the Bug Lady and for 40$ they would spray and put granular stuff outside, which I asked if it needed and he said no.
