custom cabinets, home remodeling
 + 0 morethe man in charge of our kitchen remodel was always on a vacation(3 in a 5 month span) . so the project took a little longer than normal. My major problem was with the contractor used to install our cabinets. i was home and told the person three times what pulls went to what cabinets and he still miss drilled 4 drawers. they wanted me to buy more pulls to match the holes . the reasoning was he wasn't making enough money because of a slow season. i had to go the the manager of Williams. It ended up costing the cabinet installer $800.00 to fix the mistake. he had to buy new drawer fronts. i also wanted one cabinet above the fridge to have recessed doors so i could hide a t.v. i paid extra for this and was willing to so so. the never sanded or made the bottom of the doors straight. there are no stops either. so the doors rub. not happy with this company at all.
Description of Work: we hired Williams to remodel our kitchen. we went through several drawings and finely made our design choice. the man seemed so professional when we started. as the project got underway we saw him less and less. he didn't always return phone call(because he was always gone). when problems did arise. i had to get them resolved. that should have been his job.
