Description of Work: I do not remember the day I requested service but the technician looked at our old refrigerator and told us he could possibly fix it but it would be too expensive for the length of service we could expect after service. No service was performed but, he was honest and professional during our encounter.

+ -1 moreHe checked out my freezer in my refrigerator to determine why it was not staying cold enough. He was honest and told me I would be better off buying a new or used refrigerator. He explained what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. I agreed that it would be better to buy another used one. Which I did.

+ -1 moreThey have done 4 warranty repairs on my new fridge in the last year- everyone was submitted without problem to the manufacturer for payment. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it (4 different problems) every time. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreAfter a friendly response, I was asked several questions about my washer and how it was working. Several questions had follow-up questions. The repairman then told me what the problem was with my washer and that it would be very expensive to repair. He explained why, and suggested that it would be more economical to purchase a new one. I was very impressed with the time he took and the honesty of his answer. He could have made a lot of money! I know that the next time I have an appliance repair question, I will call Reliable.
Description of Work: I called because my front loading washing machine needed repair.
