Steve and his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. Very professional, methodical and quick about taking down the trees. The only thing left after they were done was sunshine and two round spots of dirt! They clean up and take away everything - awesome work!

I had a small dead birch, a medium elm and a med-large maple tree taken down. He worked with me to keep me within my budget. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were done in less then three hours. I haven't had this kind of work down before so I wasn't really sure what to expect to pay. Now that I have seen it done and how quick it goes the price might have been a little steep. $335 per hour seems pretty high to me. Other then that the work was performed quick and professionally. They took care in cleaning up everything from the down trees plus cleaned up additional branches that were already down in my yard. I will definitely hire them again. I gave a B on responsiveness only because he told me he'd call to schedule in about a week and it took two weeks. That was no big deal to me since I wasn't in a hurry anyway.

they did a fabulous job!1 They did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves constantly. It was a dangerous tree to remove and they had great heavy truck and equipment and did the job carefully and meticulously. I would never have anyone else and can't say enough good things about them. The boss is on site the whole time working with the workers. Every neighbor around us commented on what a great job they did!!!! Don't' use anyone else. Out of 3 estimates they were the least expensive. I give them 5 full stars!

We have used this tree service before and they continue to be highly efficient, trustworthy and professional. There has never been an issue with this company. They completely cleaned up all debris and removed same. They were careful to place boards on our paved driveway to prevent any type of damage from the equipment.

We had hired another company to do this work. After 2 months of waiting for them to show up, we gave up. I saw that R & S Tree Service was doing some work down the road. I called them and the guy said he would be out either that day or the next to give us an estimate. He came within that time period and gave a fair estimate. I called him back and asked him to do the work. He said it would be a week or two before he could do it. A little over a week later, he called on a Sunday night and said they would be here the next morning between 7:15 and 7:30 . They got here at 7:25. There was a crew of at least 6 people. In 90 minutes my tree was down. I watched the entire process and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were very nice and did not leave a mess behind. They even laid plywood down in my yard before they drove on it so they wouldn't trash my yard with their big truck. I was very impressed!

They were perfect. I was completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. They got the work done promptly, despite an equipment problem. They did an excellent clean-up job after the tree work was done. The entire crew was courteous and punctual. I asked them to leave wood chips and they did and said to call anytime if I wanted more, for nothing.

Great job, cleaned up, quick response. I will have them do more work as needed in the future.

We were able to come in three day to do the job. They worked with our schedule. They arrived when they told us. Took a tree out and did some trimming on other. When they left everything was gone and yard completely cleaned up. They did a really good job.

Great - were punctual, worked hard, used all equipment they brought, fed all branches into a chipper, cleaned up all sawdust and debris - took about and hour and a half.

When the estimator came out to bid on the job, he seemed very knowledgable about the species of trees we had, and made several constructive suggestions about which trees to save, which to trim, and which to remove. We had an ash tree that shaded our great room, and it had not looked very healthy for a couple of years, but we were hoping it could be salvaged. He identified that it had emerald ash borer, and suggested that he take it out. We did a final walk-through before the crew started working and identified a few other areas where some careful trimming would be beneficial, and they performed all of those within the contract amount. He also pointed out that a lot of his cost is getting the crew and equipment on site, so it made sense to include as much as we wanted to do while they were here

R and S tree service came out the day after I called to give us an estimate. The owner himself came and was very prompt and personable. He was able to get us on the schedule within a week. The night before he called to make sure it was still ok to come. The crew arrived right on schedule and were very professional. They had all the right equipment and skill and got right to work. They took down the 3 large pine trees and 3 medium trees in less than an hour. All the stumps were ground down as promised and the Linden tree was trimmed back. Clean up was amazing. They used brooms, rakes and leaf blowers and made it look as if no work was done, minus the trees being gone.
