The work was completed on schedule and at the cost quoted. Bryan and his guys work very well together with little wasted movement. All of his guys were busy almost nonstop from 7:00 AM until quitting time. They cleaned up the job site when they had completed for the day. It is very clear that Bryan and his crew take a lot pride in the job that they do and it shows. The driveway looks great. I will definitely have them do more concrete work in the future.

He did a great job! He even came back out and repaired the handrail after my daughter ran over it, which I appreciated.

The people were not totally proffesional at all; the first time they showed up the bobcat operator started into my poured wall got stuck and drove the bobcat around my yard approximately 100 to 150 feet, leaving a trail of tracks all the way through my yard to the lake. If you got stuck at the house 100+ feet away from the lake why would you drive towards the lake?? He then proceeded to go backwards using the bucket to dig into my lawn to get himself back out of the set of ruts he created making anotheer set of ruts. The team then left and said it was to wet to do the job that day and Bryan the owner told them to leave and they went to another job. They came back a few days later and the same bobcat operator was"jumping" over my walkout wall like he was at the indy 500. As they were working to finish the job I had spoke with Bryan again and they only installed one crack in the floor of my 2340 SF basement. Once they finished the work I sat down with Bryan to pay the bill and it cost me another $650.00 for a pump truck to come in and the estimate he gave is not what the final bill was. When I asked about repairing the damage done by the bobcat, he said they would come back and fix it when they came to pour my garage next year. This is now next year... Needless to say I will NOT have them come back out to my home to do the garage and there are now NUMEROUS cracks throughout the floor because he never put in crack joints or any cuts in the floor over concerns he would hit the hydronic tubes which were barried in the concrete about 3 1/2 inches. If he was concerned over putting in the cuts, why did he not just install the .joint cracks when they were working the pour??? I won't recommend to anyone or hire them again.

Bryan and his crew were at my house at 6:30 or 7:00 am every day they worked at my house. The crew worked together very well, like a fine oiled machine. It was obvious to me that they all knew what they were doing and what their individual rolls were in the process. Bryan and crew were polite and professional at all times. The job took about five days to complete because they had to work around some rain one day. I am very pleased with the results and glad I selected Quality Concrete and Masonry to do this job.

Bryan and his guys were fantastic. They showed up on time, worked hard the whole time and were done WAY before I thought they would be. The quality of work is great too. I would definitely recommend them!

I need the walls rebuilt in the basement of a historic house I own in Kalamazoo. I called them last fall and again this spring. They have never returned my calls. I believe they do good work and would like to have a dialog with them about the project.

Bryan, Benji :) and his crew came out and poured new cement where I had an old deck. They stamped around the new deck, and filled in a hole where our hot tub was. They also did some other minor masonry work around our pool area. Their work turned out great and my husband and I are very pleased!

Bryan and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job under difficult conditions. Very professional crew. Cleaned up after themselves very well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work done, and i would use them in the future.

Came to provide estimate cost. Proposal estimated it would take 2 days and it only took 2 days. Owner and crew worked hard, were tolerent of requests for minor changes and were pleasant and accomodating.

Called and came out to give estimate next day. Sent quote next day. We approved quote and they started the next day. Estimate to completion in a week! Awesome!

Brian Halder and his crew were fabulous. They arrived on time during the 3 days that it took to escavate and pour our driveway. They also poured a sidewalk and designed it's shape right there on the spot. They seemed to know our needs and went above and beyond our expectations to make our driveway look wonderful. I would highly recommend his company. They truely are a Christian based company and treat their clients with respect. Brian stands behind his work 100% and goes out of his way for the client

Quality Concrete were wonderful! They were prompt, professional and the quality of their work was superb - both times. The price was reasonable, and if we need similar services in the future, Quality Concrete is the only company we will use!

Bryan (owner of quality concrete) and his crew were always on time, very professional, reasonably priced, worked quickly, and finished before the deadline of our son's graduation party, which was perfect. We were very satisfied.

After rescheduling the appointment at least once, then calling to say he'd be late, Bryan finally arrived to look at and measure what I wanted done. I had 4 things I wanted priced: A slab for a patio, removal and replacement of a sidewalk, a new apron for my driveway, and a patio slab for my neighbor. The two patio slabs were definite, the other things I wanted priced so that if I could afford the additional cost, it'd make sense to do them at the same time. Bryan came out, we discussed the projects, and he said he'd get back to me over the weekend with a quote via email. The weekend came and went, no quote. I gave him until the next Wednesday and sent him a text messages asking him to please send the quote. The next day I called and left a voice-mail telling him I STILL hadn't received his estimate so please call or re-send it. Still nothing. The next day I called again and talked to Bryan. He said "I'm pretty sure I sent it." to which I replied "I definitely didn't get it. Do you want to recheck my email address?" "Yeah, I'll re-send it." he said. I never got anything from him. I would think that if he didn't want to do the work, he would have no-quoted it (or told me at the time he was there that it wasn't the kind of work he did, or was too busy, or something like that. It wasn't a huge job, but it was enough for at least 2-4 cubic yards of concrete, so it certainly hit their $750 minimum. I can't believe he'd take the time to come out, measure, and then not even bother to send a quote. I gave him every chance to respond. If he can't complete even a simple task like an estimate, then I don't trust the company to do the actual work. I"m still looking for a good contractor in Battle Creek and I'm not pleased with Angie's List either. The closest listed city is Kalamazoo which is 30 miles away. I really need to hunt to find people in my area and those who have ratings have only one or two bits of feedback. Not enough from which to draw a decent idea of whether they're okay or not.

Bryan and team removed old cement/steps; poured steps and front garage section. The team poured the rest of the driveway the next day. They started on time, were very professional, and did an amazing job. Outstanding quality. Numerous neighbors have already commented.

We were very pleased with the work. They listened to our concerns and addressed them in a very professional way. The whole project took only 3-1/2 days. The crew came early in the morning and removed all old asphalt and cement walkways in less than 1 day. They returned the next morning snd worked on the drains to work more efficiently. They also did more than half of the concrete work. On the third day they completed the concrete. On the 4 th day, they replaced the soil along the concrete sidewalk and driveway. They made the final touches in the driveway and cleaned up thoroughly. The team works well together and responded to all requests and questions. We recommend them whole heartedly!

When they did the work, they destroyed the underground drainage system and did not alert me of the issue. When my front yard flooded, he had to come back and repair the drainage system. He did not charge me for this extra work but it was a lot of trouble. They also destroyed the roots to my mulberry tree and resulted in me needing to have it removed. When I observed his work, he seemed like a responsible worker and whenever there was a problem, he always came immediately to fix it. While I appreciate that he made every effort to correct the mistakes, in the end, there were a lot of mistakes. I would not use him again.
