Excellent service. Were able to schedule a visit within a day of the phone call, repair man was timely, and efficient.

Called them for replacement doors a week ago, still waiting for them to call back. Have used Overhead Door in Toledo, and received excellent service, which is why I called them here in Battle Creek. Disappointed, but fortunately there are many other company's that DO want our business.

Put in a request on Angies List on a Friday- did not hear from them so called them on Monday. Got an email response from them on Angies List on Tuesday. Couldnt get an appt for a week- and were warned on phone we might need a new system even though they had not even been to the house yet. Sure enough it would be $200 to fix or $300 for new. So we went with new. Waited another week for installation. Thank goodness for 10% Angies list coupon. System works fine but they put in a different brand than what was listed on estimate.

Great service. Very responsive to initial call. Had a cable break and the aluminum door twisted and skewed into a huge mess when the opener was activated to close the door. Initially called on a Friday morning at approx. 8:30 am. Derek was there by 10:00 am to assess the situation. Derek reviewed all of the options, including the price of repair, the price of new doors. Decide to replace the old door because of it's age and damage. Settled on a new Haas steel door, insulated. Highly recommend this company. Note: We utilize this company where I work. We have somewhere in the neighborhood of 40~50 overhead doors, so we keep them busy. They are a good outfit to deal with.

If we needed this type of installation again this is THE company we would absolutely go with! Product is great(very well constructed-we went with a mid-grade rated door)and good people to work with(NO pressure sales and any /all questions answered). Very good notification when ordered doors arrived, were notified and installation scheduled! Our doors while standard sizes did pose a slight problem-smaller door did not allow for a standard opener track to be installed. The problem was worked out between the salesman and installer that provided a workable door and a more than satisfactory WORKABLE installation! Very capable of thinking "outside the box". Operation of our new doors was explained and appropriate literature provided.

Called them in November because the main spring broke on the garage door. They arrived promptly and made a temporary repair. They had to order the correct size spring. We were gone for the winter, so they didn't have a chance to install the new spring until May. Service tech looked over everything, lubed all the rollers, adjusted the garage door opener. I was very pleased that he made it a true "service call" rather than just replacing the spring, all for the quoted price. I would definitely recommend this company

My garage door got stuck opening and closing. The winter weather was terrible and I had to get out of the car to manually open and close the door. Overhead was very busy but sent someone the next day to look at the problem. The tech determiined that the gears were stripped in the old opener. He gave me a choice to either have the gears replaced for $150 or to replace the entire door opener for $230. I chose to replace the opener. An appointment was scheduled within five days to replace the opener. The tech arrived at the time promised and completed the replacement in a few hours. He explained that the keypad on the outside of my garage door may not work with the new opener and he said he would remove it if he could without doing damage to the siding. The tech demonstrated the working of the opener and answered any questions I had. I was so glad that I chose to replace the opener. I was amazed by how quiet it was. I would recommend Overhead Door of BC for any garage door issues. Everyone from the initial call to the final product were very customer service friendly.

He arrived on time 11am but got stuck in the driveway because there had been a snowstorm that night. He got towed out and left because he couldn’t leave his truck in the road that also wasn’t plowed yet. He called and left a voicemail that he was going back to shop to get salt and would be back. In the meantime I cleared my driveway and he arrived back 30min later. He was a little annoyed at the situation but proceeded to get to work. I stayed and watched him while he did the work. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. He worked quickly and did a great job. He seemed passionate about Overhead Door garage door openers, explaing the differences between there's and the other brands answering all my questions. When it comes time for a new system will defiantly be buying from them.

They showed up when scheduled and performed the work as described. They ran into a problem with rafters too low, but worked with me to solve the problems and stayed with the quoted price, even though it required three separate work days rather than just the planned one.

Initial contact was Fri. P.M. via phone call having gotten name from Phone Book. Stated the first available time was Tues. 11/6 in the A.M. stating we were #3 service call for the day. A call was received @ approximately 10 a.m. on the 6th stating the technician had run into unexpected difficulties @ call #2 and would be later in morning but that it was anticipated he would be @ our home by 1.p.m.. Technician arrived @ 12:45/preformed work and departed by 1:15 p.m. Please reference description above for general comments.
