+ -1 moreI was very unhappy because they started the job and never finished it. I contacted them by phone and letter and they refused to do anything. I had used them before and they had done a couple satisfactory jobs, but this last time they didn't finish the job and just gave me the run around. Their pricing was competitive but I would never use them again because they didn't finish the job.
Description of Work: I used KRI to put snow jacks on my metal roof.
