We requested a quote to have part of our yard leveled and a small retaining wall built. We originally had them come out last summer and after doing so they never provided a quote. We did not have the work performed by anyone so we decided to try again this summer. Andrew came out to provide us a quote in early June. He knew of our troubles last year. He said he'd have the quote to us in a week. After almost 2 weeks, we called and he said he "passed it on to a coworker" for him to provide the cost of the retaining wall. It's been a month and nothing. They clearly don't value their customers.

Ken is very responsive and professional. He recommended a couple of treatments for problem areas in the landscaping of my residence, but didn't pressure me on any one solution. I felt I had many options to choose from in the design, and Greenscape promptly replaced winter damaged shrubs at no extra cost. The quality of Walt's work is wonderful. It's a great team!
