They gave me a great estimate. They were prompt and they brought a plumber that gives them a double "A". I talked to several neighbors who have used them, they do depend its work. They were extremely professional, extremely timely. They were just costly and heavy for me though. If I were to use them, I think the job would be absolutely outstanding. I have 3 neighbors who've used them and I've seen the work they've done and it was outstanding.

I did not have the time to work with a bunch of service providers and decided to hire a contractor to do the sub-contracting for me. The sales rep and the production manager for Darrel Burke were very professional, prompt, and ensured that a quality job was done by all sub-contractors. For the walk-in tub, Darrel Burke used Clyde Hanger Plumbing and I was very pleased with the plumbers. They were thorough and ensured several times that the tub was in good working condition. I was so pleased with the plumbers that I used them again when my waterheater broke a few months ago. The walk-in tub came from ReBath which is a partnership with Darrel Burke. I am very pleased with the tub. The stair climber was installed by Freedom Lift Inc. They were superb. Especially when they had to fix the some of the circuitry after my husband misoperated the chair the day after they installed it. Very gracious and professional. The chair is excellent quality. My 70 year old husband is very pleased with the stair climber. Battle Creek Tile and Mosaic installed the laminate flooring and we were so pleased with the service before, during and after installation. The sales rep, Mike checked and double checked his work to ensure he measured everything correctly. The floor installers did a quality job and cleaned up the areas every day. Mike came back and did a quality check. After the moldings were stained, some of them were lighter than the flooring and Mike ensured that they came back to get it right. BC Tile and Mosaic also installed the ceramic floor tile in the guest bathroom. Mike helped me pick out the tile so it fit in with the other ceramic flooring in the house. I just can't say enough good things about BC Tile and Mosaic. It took them approximately seven days to lay all the flooring. Everyday you saw great progress. We have a some doorways that needed transition from either carpet or ceramic tile and the transitions are better than we expected. Darrel Burke had their carpenter build me a window seat in my front room. I didn't give them a lot of specifics, cause it was mainly so my dogs had a better view to look out. The window seat has a storage area and they extended the vent for the duct work. The vent matches the window seat. I have received many compliments on the quality of the window seat. You would think it was built with the house. I could have saved some money with another contractor, but it was all worth it to me. I would not hesitate to use Darrel Burke again for my home improvement needs.

The experience went fine. I didn't get involved much, but the door seems to be fine. They were on time. They weren't the cheapest. The quality was pretty good. They did show up on time. We tried to use them again.

They did a good job. They were very efficient. They came on time and did the work as they said they would. They finished it and there were not any hidden costs. I asked them to come back for some work at this house and they gave me an inflated price that was just outrageous. I didn't feel real good and I didn't go with them because of that. They are a little bit pricey. I told them that their price wasn't acceptable and they didn't come back and make another price; they just dropped it. I didn't feel good about that either so I don't think I will ever use them again. I felt they were really gouging me. The quality of the work was fine and I didn't have any problem with it. They were responsive the first time but they didn't come back to negotiate a price the second time. I was disappointed with that. They were very punctual. They were professional but they were way out of bounds with the price they quoted. They were not realistic and they were not fair for the way they put the quote together. I think they knew it and that's why they didn't call me back.

We are very happy with them because they are very accommodating, they do what you ask them to do and they really do good job. We also did not had any problem with them and they gave us very good instructions on how to care of the new bath tub, what to use and what not to use on it.

He is extremely personable and thorough. He laid everything out in a very easy to understand manner.

Though we did not end up going with this company, we are keeping them in mind. Our contact with them was excellent. They were prompt in coming to our home and in getting an estimate to us. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and very low pressure.

It went great. I was very happy with DB Construction. They are on the high end of price in town, but their work is excellent.
