Description of Work: Damron Brothers was suppose to resurface the driveway again. They were suppose to fill in the cracks. Whatever they used to surface the driveway came off within a month. Also the filling they used created a problem where water puddled in between driveway and sidewalk to get into the house. Which definitely cause a problem with ice this winter. |I called countless times. They came over at first and said it couldn't be fixed. Then they wanted to charge another $100.00 to fix the problem they created. I told them my elderly mother could slip and fall easily on this. They never fixed it. |I have had other asphalt companies come over and they told me the job was not done well at all. |It is sad as this company is the one that originally put the driveway down years ago. It is hard to believe a company you trusted can make such a mess and then walk away. I really don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

+ -1 moreI was searching for a snow removal company. I researched local companies near me, this being one. On their website I sent an email asking for a quote. Their Office Manager responded asking for my phone number and address. I quickly responded. I waited a few weeks and kept sending emails, responding to the email with the address request, to ensure my email was going to the proper location. Now four months later, and the end of the season, the Office Manager can't even respond with a NO we don't want your business. I use email to track and record correspondence. Living in a small town, I attempt to use the services within my local community, first, and within reason. Regardless of the excuse, this in a very rude way to conduct business. It must be nice to be so in demand you don't need to worry about adding a customer base and done have a need to provide service to your customers.

+ -1 moreDid a great job on the asphalt repair on my driveway. It took them forever to do it and they did not communicate well. I kept calling to find out when and they kept putting it off. Then they just showed up late one day to do it. Would have liked some warning.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience. One of the owners was on-site supervisor and equipment operator. Crew of up to nine workers was carefully attentive to making convoluted layout work smoothly. Constantly checking work in progress with a level to assure proper drainage. Very good 'edges'! Fine grading completed two days ago. First layer of asphalt went down yesterday. Unexpected rain postponed second layer until today. Beautiful job!
